As the director for Group Two with sixteen condo units, I observed the employees of Asphalt Maintenance & Paving. doing an excellent job of planning our the removal the old surface and repaving our streets and parking spaces, including relining the divided lines. This also included removal of tree roots and repairing a hole in the pavement. My sixteen units are only a part of the right groups comprising over 300 units, and I am sure I speak on their behalf. The management and staff carefully surveyed the area and presented a competitive price for doing the work. This included adequately notifying condo unit owners like myself when they would be on our street and barricading the area when work was being done. They stored their equipment out of the way and minimized any inconvenience on our part. The quality of work is excellent and completed on schedule. I would recommend this firm on future paving jobs of any size.
